Taking into account layout, square footage, insulation and other factors, we’ll calculate your home’s cooling load and work with you to find the right air conditioning system to carry it.

During each HVAC maintenance visit, we conduct a 10-point check on your HVAC system to ensure we repair any emerging issues. During our 10-point check for air conditioners, we:

If you’re not sure whether a long-term investment in maintenance is right for you, rest assured we offer a one-time tune-up service for $69.00. This service includes a single pre-season check with all of the checks listed above, as appropriate for your heating or air conditioning system.  

For a stronger long-term investment in your home heating and cooling systems, try our maintenance plan for $120.00 per year. A maintenance plan gives you two service tune-ups, one before the heating season and one before the cooling season. In addition, you receive a 10-percent discount on future repairs.
